Remove exceptional drops from item drops

Exceptional GIS / Baxe / BBH - maybe others, still go to the bag drop, even if they are crappy. This was already changed for fencing/SS drops before - would be good if the rest also gets changed

just a small adaption, but it makes getting an item drop always more valuebke then losing the thrill and enjoyment of a Green exceptional weapon
