Lightning Blade change

Since it is 20 base damage and +12 at day, lower Full swing to 130 to be a substitute for Blood Sword, more damage less hit ratio. Not a Huge change but the item is mostly unused.  Of course, Dark Executioner would follow suit.  Such a cool sword, would like to see it in more action. Such a High Str requirement for not great benefits on a rare.
