New talent: summoner

  • Invocation damage is increased by 20% if they're cast using a robe
  • Summon creature costs no int and no mp

Invocations cost no mana and require no intelligence.

Invocations use 100% of concentration. It gets fully charged again in 1 minute with a penalization based on invocation level.

Invocations are unlocked when the summoner reach certain levels and are cast from a new circle 0 page in the spellbook.

  1. Level 10: Wrestler. Area 1x1. Target melee damage is increased by 1 for 10s, target is healed by 10%. Penalization 0 sec
  2. Level 20: Carrier. Area 1x1. Target gets all zemstones charged up to 3/3. Penalization 0 sec
  3. Level 30: Diamantine. Area 1x1. Target gets 25% more chance of retrieving gems from mining crystals for 1 minute. Penalization 00 sec
  4. Level 40: Serpent. Area 1x1. Target is hit for 25 with 25% stun chance. Penalization 10 sec.
  5. Level 50: The Undead. Area 3x3. All enemies get hit for 50 earth damage and 10% sp. Penalization 10 sec
  6. Invocation at level 60: The Oxidizer. Area 3x3. All weapons, armor and shields' endurance is reduced by a random number between 0 and 150 (even on allies). Penalization 30 sec
  7. Level 70: Hamelin. Area 3x3. Creates a random spawn on the area (depending on that map mobs). Random enemy gets all aggro from mobs. Penalization 30 sec
  8. Level 80: Nizie. Area 3x3. Enemies get hit by 40 ice damage, 20% freeze chance. Penalization 45 sec
  9. Level 90: Aresien. Area 1x1, only works on hasted allies. Target gets invised and hp fully restored. Penalization 45 sec
  10. Level 100: Eldiniel. Area 1x1, only on dead allies. Target gets resurrection, berserk, amp. Penalization 45 sec
  11. Level 110: Maeriem. Area 3x3, only on allies. Targets gets one of the following at random: haste, crits restored, amp, +60 Dr for 10s, +100 Mr for 10s. Penalization 60 sec
  12. Level 120: Xelimae. Area 3x3, only on allies. Targets gets one of the following at random: minor berserk, berserk, +2 melee damage for 10 sec, +2 magic damage for 10 sec, +100 hr, gets hit for -10% hp, gets healed for +10% hp. Penalization 60 sec
  13. Invocation at level 130: Medusa. Area 5x5. Only on enemies.
    Targets gets one of the following at random: mass poison, hold person, earth damage of 130 hp, paralyze, sp drops to zero. Penalization 90 sec.
  14. Invocation at level 140: the Abbadon
    Area 5x5. Only on enemies. Targets gets one of the following at random: 0% hp, paralyze, mass poison, freeze, burn for 3 ticks of 35 dmg, 0% sp, melee damage for 150 hp, magical earth damage for 6 hits of 30 hp.
    Penalization 120 sec


Some context on my idea:

  • I wanted something to circumvent the "amp or die" during fights. With summoners you might not be safe even if amped.
  • I wanted to create a mage class like old games, a weak but powerful wizard, who can only use robes and needs to be defended by the party.
  • I wanted to add randomness to pvps as well.
  • Also, all summoners abilities mostly require a party to work properly so it encourages working with your team and against an enemy team, because it's not that useful to summon an Abbadon to kill a single guy

Imagine casting last one at abbadon xD 5x5 and all get 0hp xD 5 mages can delete whole city if lucky. I like how much work You put into it tho.

Yeah well it's a 3 minute cooldown vs dozens of circle 10 spells that can be cast in that timeframe. I want more team oriented material, oly seems to be more and more focused in solo playing at this point.
