Real Estate for Guilds, Tower Defense and RB above 20

Guilds can use coins to exchange for a chance to be allocated a plot of "land" (a new small sized map). Guilds that are successfully allocated will lease the land over a period of time (eg. 2 months). Allocation can be in the form of a lottery, or if we are planning to be more pay2play, award the plots to the highest bidders.

The dummy buildings found around the the cities of both factions can serve as an entry portal to the respective guild lands. Because there are limited buildings in the cities, the number of land plots available for lease would be limited as well.

All players can enter the guild land (even players from enemy town to raid) via the portals. Players from the same town will always spawn in the centre of the map and invaders will always spawn at the periphery. No items will be dropped upon death. The relevant NPCs (eg. guild WH keeper, Guild Quest giver, etc.) are all found at the centre of the map.


Proposed key features

- Increase resting XP. Guildmembers who afk in the guild land can gain resting XP at a faster rate. The cap of resting XP is also increased.
- Elite monster pits. Guildmaster can designate certain coordinates as a pit to spawn random elite monsters. The elite monsters can be used to augment the guild's defenses or it can be used to farm for Elite XP (see below). The elite monster pits are only active on raid days.
- Cultivate "Elite XP". Guildmembers who have already reached RB20 can cultivate Elite XP to go above RB20 (up to a cap) by afking in the guild lands to gain it slowly over time (similar to resting XP) or by killing Elite monsters. Only Elite XP count towards the exp bar above RB20. The Elite XP will decay over time so players will have to stay in the guild land to mitigate the decay. This provides incentive for players who have already completed RB20 to afk in the guild land which provides additional targets for opposing players to raid.To make it increasingly unsustainable to remain in higher RB levels, the higher the player's level above RB20, the greater the rate of decay. The decay will happen even if the player is offline. If the elite XP is decayed beyond a certain threshold, the player will be demoted back to his earlier RB level until he is back to RB20.
- Tower defence elements. To protect afk members against raids, crusade towers can be built on the guild land. Guild can also create "mazes" using walls to force invaders to path in a certain way. The walls and towers will not last indefinitely and will have to be rebuilt after a certain period of time (eg. after 1 week). New item, "Wall Slabs" and "Guild Tower Kits" can drop from every monster, and guild can collect these to build the walls and towers. Like a typical tower defence game, the walls are non-destructable and must allow access to the centre of the map where the guild member afks. The towers will not attack elite monsters.
- Access to a larger guild WH with tabs. Similar to our personal WH, but larger and shared among guild members.

- Prestige. The invader will get a global announcement (eg. purple text) for every kill (with EK) he makes in the guild land. A new leaderboard that refreshes every week can be set up to track the top invaders.
