Block city for 48 hours
For example: if you log in an Aresden character you can't log into an Elvine for 24/48 hours since you logged for last time in Aresden in any computer / any of same IP. Many people are switching for apoca, others event, spying, etc.
Its isnt so easy. People play in differents accounts. If in the same account its easy to do. But people Will create anothers accounts tô do It. So it's turn be hard tô do. But its a good Idea. I dont know how the most easy way tô implemment.
