Add Hero Items

In order to add PVP motivation for people who already have full hero set, I think it would be nice to add the following hero items:

Hero Shield Dye (300 eks) - Works with catalyst.

Hero Shoes & Boots Dye (100 eks each) - Works with hero catalyst.

Hero Weapon Glow (500 eks) - Works with catalyst and makes the weapon glow with a similar effect as DK weapons but respecting its original colours. For example pd falch will glow green.

Hero Armor Glow (3000 eks full set) - Makes your hero set glow in a cool effect.

Hero Set Dye (1000 eks full set) - You can choose to dye your armor set to another unique colour.

Hero set dye and hero armour glow can be stacked allowing a user to make their armour glow in a unique colour. Aresden and Elvine get to pick different dye colours.
