Circle 10 Spell Charge Wands

Battle mages are quite limited in there talent choices. You have to take a mage talent corresponding with more often then not fencing. If you added the ability to cast a circle 10 spell without having to tank the talent it would open up a wide array of new builds.

Note that the charge wands would not get the corresponding perks of the talent. So a fury of thor charge wand would not get the cast speed bonus and a blizzard charge wand would not get a freeze, etc
