++especially with ring/neck of thirst, 120 is way too high when i can wear xelima necklace at lvl80

The thirst thing is mostly for PL, as I feel they'd be too strong there

Dm1, ms10, df10 and mr10 should have no level requirement. Also make leather armor lvl 30, robe 40, scale 50, chain 60, ring 70.

wand also can have a rework... ms20 is lvl35... i think is too low and unfair that mages can equip the BIS item at low lvl... specially for other weapons for warriors asking for more than double

pd64 hr120 falch, cc36 cd54 wand or any other hight enchanted items are so OP for PL too...

At lvl 35, a mage I think would be fortunate to cast triple-energy-bolt with 100% cp. It is not fair to compare 1:1 mage items with warrior items, but if we must: PD items (including daggers xD) can be 72 PD at extremely low lvls.  Mages need to dump stats into INT and Mag in order to even be able to cast anything, and CP is heavily penalized if they have lower levels. I believe the formula is along the lines of:

(base lvl + RB)/10 , if this is under the circle spell level ( 1- 10 ), there is a huge CP penalty.

ex:  level 52 player,     (52/10) = 5.2, therefore spells in the circle category of 6 + are heavily penalized.

TL:DR, My proposed changes are to make rebirthing more palatable for everyone, in general, especially at very high rebirths. Attempting to balance things around the PL meta seems... exhausting.

EDIT: This suggested rework is by no means exhaustive. This type of revision will take little tweaks over a long period of time until we settle into something that we all find agreeable.

Yes, my point is about the enchanted items in general, same for cc cd weapons and obviously for dr / ma sets...

the point is, we have more OP items today in PL than the thirst

you want a lvl 35 mage (at 25% on the path to max lvl) cast a spell on circle 5 (at 50% on the path to max circle)...

also mages can wear clothes till lvl 140 and warriors can't do that... my clothes exp set is 300%+ i can use it from lvl1 to lvl140+20 (i use ms20 wand and ms22 wand without lvl requirement) a warrior need both, a metal set and a clothes set... there are no excuses here...

i always be a mage and i benefit for all those things but also i know that it was unfair...

also, there is a similar problem with fencing weapons too

Not to be a buzz killer, but I use lvl 0 clothes from lvl 0 til I finish my rb. Having two exp sets is very expensive.
