Minimum RB level or some other pre-requisite for Apocalypse / Abbadon Event

I think its fairly safe to assume that alot of players have characters on both towns , which is fine. What is not fine is that when these players know that the server is inbalanced , take advantage of the situation by they log their alternates for event thereby making the event further one sided to just get a chance at drops @ abbadon. 

I think it would be more fair if Apocalypse / Abaddon map have a minimum RB requirement (for e.g. RB5 or 10) or any other limitation put in place to make sure that the players going for the event are genuine and not some 100 hour character and getting rare drops and making the whole event lopsided.

I'm pretty sure many of the players here will agree with this or at least some iteration of this. The last apocalypse was so blatantly one sided... not to mentioned rare drops going to alternates (spy characters)
