Show all items stacked on tile
Similar to display item info. Holding Alt and placing mouse over tile lists all items that are on the ground on said tile.
Quality of life improvement to remove the need to pick up trash after a lure or pit farming to see if an item drop was missed.
Building on the above idea, Many games have a highlight items button. Holding down assigned key will list all items on screen at once.
This would be a considerably quicker 1-2 second visual scan of the screen rather than having to check each tile individually
Extending upon your existing colour system by adding separate colour text to lower stated items (blue) would make items of value stand out from the trash.
Blue - low tier weapons and armours
Grey - pots / monster parts
Standard text colour - gold / stones
