Implement maximum cap on number of members per guild

To have a maximum limit cap on number of members allow to join a guild, example: 60/80

When implemented, all guilds will start with a base limit of 40/50.

This will help to encourage smaller guilds to be formed together with the reduced guild upgrade cost from lvl 1-5.

Reducing the possibility of a guild having a massive dominance all over the maps.

Reducing the possibility of a guild causing balance issue if transfer itself to other town.

Reducing the possibility of a guild equal to 1 town population.

Cost to upgrade slots can be implemented using new points system that can be earned through the events such as Heldenian Siege/ Heldenian Battlefield.

Guild capped don't really solve much. Tp capped will be better idea.

1) Not all people in the guild will use discord
2) 1 person can't TP entire guild to the same place at once, if split into 2-3 guilds, need at least 2-3 people to coordinate and do that

3) People also will tend to focus on guild ping on the map vs Party Ping.

If you artificially limit it this way, guilds will just split into 2 and use the same discord etc.

If slots are limited people who are not as active or who go quiet for a while will routinely have to be kicked.

This could be cruel but it is essential to prevent 1 guild equal to1 town size
