Balance Poison Talent (High damage requires STR, just as mages need INT.)

Fact of the matter is -- mages need 182+ int to do damage. Warrs need 84 strength to outdamage and outtank 2handed warriors.  People are forced into PD talent to be able to solo higher mobs -- FORCED - or good luck go DV and hope you get a drop or two...good luck.  A lot of new players have joined our guild lately -- some enjoy PD, where as some feel forced into it and quote "they do not feel like a real warrior with the shield and small sword".

I tried SS+Xel (yes not poison but same point) and one day I was in ML running and was like wtf is this, I am a xelima warrior with a little sword and a tower shield -- I need me a big ass weapon, I am a WARRIOR - not a townsman with a little shortsword. :P)

Ideas:
Poison reduces max hp by 30% (similar to xelima)
Poison is scaled down - but does more damage with higher strength.  This would make it so in able to do good damage (like a 2h warr or mage, you must invest into strength more than just 78.

So then the ideal pd ss build would still be ss, all could still use their high PD weapons they worked for -- but they would need to change their build - cant do mad damage and have 200vit/200dex.

Really doesnt feel like a fair comparison purely based on strength alone. It is also weird how you define a real warrior as someone who uses a big weapon? Compensating for your micro penis?
