Balance Guild summon number cooldown

Guild Summon should be nerfed further.
Getting damaged or active merien shield not cutting it enough.
Guild can only summon of up to 10-15 people Per Hour regardless of map
Guild summon quantity counter availability below "Summon cooldown"

Guild teleport cap.
Guild size 100 or below people - max 10teleports
Guild size 101-110 people - max 11teleports
Guild size 111-120 people - max 12teleports

Guild size 121-130 people - max 13teleports
Guild size 131-140 people - max 14teleports
Guild size 141-half the server - max 15teleports

This idea will balance up large active guilds and also at least have some raid balance allowance.

Look at the largest guilds.. do you see much of their players playing?

Guild cap is a better idea
