Turn orange the icon of client (Notifications)

Sometimes when you are minimized/windowed, and someone send you a trade rep/wisp you didnt see it.. So the feature is turn orange the icon client when you recieve a wisp/traderep to alert you about a notification.

Could the client turn orange when the exchange window is opened as well?

Thats already implemented, go to F12 > gameplay > and tick Tabbed notifications. (only works on whisps)

Already happening for whisps, turn it on for rep as well.
