Enhanced "Rest" feature at Shop

Instead of waiting for the timer to reach our desired regen timing before clicking on "Rest" in the Shop menu, allow us to key in the value instead.

For example: if I want my regen to begin at 5, I will just key in "5", instead of having to wait until the timer reaches 5 for me to click on "Rest".
