Increase monster density in Middle Land

Nobody hunts in Middle Land, it's not that great. It's risky, none of the pits are that great, exp and drop sucks.

It would be a much better place if at least overall monster density was higher - more Ettins, Giants, Stalkers. Otherwise it's not a worthy hunt map at all.
