new item. HR+50 with DM+4 necklace. This will bring back ppl to hunt ww's all day like the old days. Also only droppable by the elite ww.

It should be similiar to that type of stats so noobs have a chance in the game getting an easy rare item.
HR30 & DM3 maybe.... its too close to HR60 or DM5.
Having to compromise which stat you want to improve and having only one at a time in that slot does add difficulty to the game too.
