Spells that create special damage dealing tiles (e.g. Fire Wall) should make criminal killing people of your own city, same apply with kill by a mob after being hitted

As happens with EKs , if you kill an enemy with an ice storm or other special damage dealing tiles you should be converted to a criminal.

Same with a player being killed by a mob after being hit by an ally.  

Why? To avoid people killing people to take ownership of the pit.  They should be converted on criminals following the same rules as EK's
