Horned helm buff
Horned helm is in an awful place right now. It's supposed to be the best helm in the game, yet it offers little advantage compared to a full-helm/winged with huge penalties.
The strength requirement is just too high in comparison, and will only yield a tiny pa/dr bonus over the other options.
Currently, the only horned helms worth looking at are light, and most cic seeker warriors who have the strength to wear them just because of their main weapon, will often avoid it because of its weight.
bonus points: it looks really cool
In my opinion, it should have some extra dr/pa and be a little lighter.
Of course, I'm open to discussion :)
I prefer More DR/PA and maybe tiny bit lighter say 150 str. I like how it is restricted to higher STR characters, makes it more special.
I do not think there should be an expectation to easily carry around 3 horned helms to have matching sets (requested by others, not OP). If they want to do that at least one of them would need to be light.
