Change all Activations to 1 hour cooldown

Best fights are not about mass activations .... or restrict the activations to specific talent trees perhaps.

I'd rather see 30 minute CD's across the board and no activation cooldown reductions in talents (holy and merien).

I dont mind some talents having shorter cooldowns ...... i just think activations are so common now we are going on HB Korea mode ..... activations everywhere , dampens the level of pvp kinda.
