Add RB25? it's time...
Can ask 2000 Majestics for RB 21, 4000 MPS for RB22, and CONTRI. etc, each RB.
Also, can ask GOLD for each RB, cause at the moment, gold is not used for anything.
Put a kind of DK set for those who reach rb25?
Add Armor Dye only available through cash shop by donating.

RB25
I feel there are many downsides, the only positives I can see are that it gives people with RB20 something else to do, and it means there can be a new race to be on the top 200 chart. I also think veterans with another 15 stats is a good idea.
IMO Rebirthing after RB20 should be for prestige or something else. Maybe one piece of dk set per RB20+ (and no stat points).
I think if nothing will ever change, adding in 5 extra RB is a great idea for something to do. But I think focus should be around other ideas.

RB25, but +1 stat point vs +3.
If it stays +3, I'd like to increase max stat values to 220 or 225.
