Anti weird–name tgt

It could be fun if the command ctrl+c with the mouse on top of the enemy character would actually copy the name to tgt him. Maybe not. What do you think?

Deny "!" as a char for names

Yea, it would be also easier to give players' times. i.e. you conrol c somebody then his name is in chat then you write the time and enter. It would really accelerate the team fights
