M.Shield Wand Improvements

Make M.Shield wand lose endurance when it reduces damage. 

With many people running in Full Hero or DR sets with M.Shield it can be configured in such a way that makes them consumable. Reduce the effectiveness with endurance lost or make them not repairable. We need something to help curve the mass end game sets, but this still doesn't really change anything in 1 off fights as people can recall and repair often enough. It does slightly change long fights or Abby fights in a good way.

Just so we are clear, your intentions "to help curve the mass end game sets" and to "change long fights or Abby fights in a good way" is to make m.shields consumable, non-repairable or reduce effectiveness of endurance lost?

I'm not sure how this helps improve protracted fights or addresses end-game sets. 

M.shields are an important defensive item for mages, especially with how hard warrior criticals hit for and how often they can crit (bloodsword crit regen, transfer-criticals, etc).


I agree with your general sentiment of wanting to address end-game sets and wanting there to be more utility in large scale fights.

Things I think that could address the issue more directly:
1. Remove slates during Abby. People running around with 1300+ HP is kind of lame.  
2. Introduce more AOE spells and attacks for both classes. I could see small CC physical attacks being added for warriors.
3. Rebalance damage modifiers and hit probability formulas. (Reduce MA cap, reduce DR slightly, Reduce MR greatly)
