Item Upgrading/Downgrading

Add a item to upgrade or degrade Normal/Superior/Exceptional items. 

Example. You have a Superior Crit14 CD GiS. You want to make it Exe. You double click the Gem and you can either choose to Upgrade to Exe or degrade to normal.  In this case you would want to upgrade to Exceptional

You could could also make this a material made through manufactured items so mining and manufacturing would have a better purpose. 

I know this idea has been posted before but I wanted to have a more thorough fleshed out explanation. The last post did not add the ability to degrade items which is one thing I would of liked added
