Promiseland Changes (Risk = Reward)

A new player joined asking if Promiseland was a safezone, I said no thinking thats a funny question...but it dawned on me basically mass dv/garden are safe zones on non raid days.  90% of players under 120 level there -- leaving Promiseland only fairly active on raid days.  I think Promiseland should receive an exp boost / some type of bonus to make DV/Garden not the ONLY option.  Promiseland was always a very important map for lower levels. If players want to mainly level there...they should have the option, and since it is dangerous unlike garden/DV... it should have a bonus of some sort.

Possibly:
Increased EXP on mobs (maybe all mobs spawn as wild)
Increased drop rate (maybe 15%?)
Quests

tldr; Promiseland is a hostile area like ML, it should yield greater / equal rewards to Garden and DV.  Increased risk = Increased reward.

PL is underrated, that big rudolph pit gives consistently good exp, better than mass garden/DV if you are a fencer or axe.

Still can be EKed anytime there... 1 pit for 2 specific classes doesn't really mean its anywhere near the value of DV/Garden in terms of risk/reward.

Maybe 2 roaming gargoyles could give some value to PL, just like ML have 2 HC and IB have 2 TW.

I like that idea alot @CaD.

Didn't think of new monsters... maybe a mini ele that spawns like in ML possibly could be cool too... obvious not the same rewards.  Require maybe 5-8 people to take down.
