Rework Poison talent
Just a little change to balance the PVE and PVP compared with other talents.

Poison deals additional damage based on unit's current health On Mobs 25% Chance to tick poison on hit (requires poisoning weapon) +10% Poison resistance +25% change to reduce Paralyzed duration by 1 second when hit |
PR is cheap and super effective - people just don't want to accept it into being part of the meta. Whether it's because they don't want to have to carry another item or because they don't believe in its effectiveness I'm not sure but the item and utility are there - its just not being utilized. As a warrior you literally only need one piece, like a cape without even wearing DR, and you can practically stop worrying about ss/pd chars. Mages will still have to worry about being stunlocked outside of their DR set but they can also eliminate PD's effectiveness.
People like to rip on it for how strong it is for PVE but Poison is one of the key driving factors for the success of this server and how far it's come in terms of what's been farmed, the enchanted level of weapons and armors, etc. Can't have it both ways.
